Mamavation Monday Weigh In
As of yesterday, my weight is down from 155.4 to 154.2! 1 more pound and I am halfway to my goal of 36 pounds lost!!! I didn't make it to the gym on Sunday or Monday but I am going today and hopefully I won't miss anymore days this week. Saturday when I went I did a 2 1/2 mile walk on the track and even ran for one lap. I realize 1/8 of a mile isn't much but it is a start for me. I actually felt like I could have gone longer but my pants have gotten so loose that I thought they were...
